Chef Huang welcomes you to the "HAN" restaurant in Esch-sur-Alzette.

In a contemporary and warm setting, she will make you explore the secrets of traditional Chinese cuisine, the skills of which she has perfected for over 20 years.

She will make you discover or rediscover famous Chinese dishes such as spring rolls or duck with Peking style, but also less common dishes in our regions like tuhe old fashioned pork shank or the laquered duck with garlic sauce.

On special occasions such as the Chinese New Year, she will take you on lesser-known paths to the culinary pleasures of the Middle Kingdom and invite you to be surprised by unknown dishes on this side of the great wall.

Chef Huang makes it a point of honor to prepare all of her recipes while respecting Chinese culinary traditions. She does not use any additive or glutamate.
